Car Fleet and Mobile Administrator required for globally recognised oursourcing company. The job is to provide complete administrative support within the car fleet and mobile communications department along with providing an efficient and effective service for employees. Responsibilities will include ordering new connections, replacement handsets and upgrades, upkeep of mobile database, liaising with HR team regarding leavers, arranging deliveries and collections of Company cars, ordering and cancelling fuel cards, administering new cash option requests* change of vehicles, arranging hire cars and the upkeep of the car database. Ideal candidates for this role must have excellent keyboard skills and telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
